No recommendations before understanding. Every engagement starts with the Business Growth Assessment, so solutions map to actual friction instead of assumptions.

Tools are means, not ends

Websites, AI, automation, dashboards, custom software, marketing. All of it exists to make a business easier to run and easier to grow. None of it is the point on its own.

The business shouldn't depend on memory

Travis D

Travis started Diligent as a web and marketing agency. He kept hitting the same wall: clients did not need another website, they needed a business that stopped depending on them. So the work changed. Today Diligent builds the systems, dashboards and automation that let owners step back without everything falling over. What he wants every client to feel is simple: that someone finally looked at the whole business, told them the truth, and handed them a plan they could actually run.
